Name: Aramco - Saving the Oysters

“He was a bold man that first ate an oyster,” so said author Jonathan Swift. And those of us who delight in dining on oysters are much appreciative of that first brave soul.

“But what can we do for the oyster?” asked Aramco. As part of the company’s “Environmental Series”, employees volunteered with the Galveston Bay Foundation in re-seeding oyster reefs.

One of the great things about producing, shooting and editing educational and corporate videos is what you learn. For example, did you know that ONE oyster filters up to FIFTY gallons of water a day? And that their beds are habitat for fish to live in?

This series highlights Aramco’s volunteering efforts and why volunteering is so vital to making a difference in the communities where the employees work and live.
